Financial Freedom

“Financial freedom is freedom from fear” - Robert Kiyosaki And freedom from any sort of fear empowers you. My philosophy is to empower Indian women by taking them on this enriching journey of financial freedom. I like to start by setting an encouraging example. Hence, Spin wealth employs only women. We also have a lot of wonderful women as clients and we work with them to create and grow their wealth and eventually lead them to financial freedom. One of my very first learning’s in this business was that most Indian women were naive and easy prey to all the con men/ women. The very simplicity of their queries used to shock me. What is a self-attested PAN? Where should I sign on the cheque? I have cash lying with me, just take it and put it in the market! and many more. There are a lot of con men and con women out there who would have definitely taken these naïve women’s money and vanished. I found this very ironical. In a country, where goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Durga are worshipped, those same worshippers cheat woman in real life. These women are the feminine energy of the very goddesses we all worship. It’s at that moment that I decided that this irony is not going to exist in my own life. I realized the first step on any journey is awareness and education. And I started on a journey to financially educate our Indian women to make sure that they don’t get cheated. That is when I started conducting workshops to teach women the basics of money so that they can take the charge of their finances and not get cheated. Since then, I’ve been very active in this space of spreading investor awareness and imparting financial education. I’ve been conducting several workshops to teach our populace the basics of money skills. Also, I have furthered this cause as guest faculty at the BSE training institute.

Build a Support System

To young women dreaming of or already navigating the exciting, challenging world of entrepreneurship, I offer this: Believe in your vision, but build a support system. Your passion is fuel, but knowledge and connections propel you further. Embrace continuous learning, seek mentors, and build a network of fellow entrepreneurs and allies. Don't shy away from calculated risks, but remember, setbacks are stepping stones. Be persistent, adaptable, and celebrate every win, big or small. And most importantly, remember your unique voice and values – they are the foundation of your success. The world needs your ideas, so chase your dreams with courage and a supportive community by your side.

Lead with Empathy and Specialize with Passion

To young women dreaming of entrepreneurship or already on that path, my core advice is twofold: lead with empathy and specialize with passion. Leading a team is more than a task; it’s an art. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels heard, valued, and motivated to innovate. Your role is to be the glue that binds diverse talents and personalities into a cohesive force, driven by a shared vision. This leadership style not only enriches your team's culture but also amplifies its potential to succeed. On a personal note, while it’s important to have a broad understanding of various aspects of your business, finding one area to excel in can set you apart. For myself, mastering the art of bringing B2B SaaS products to market has been that focus. Dive deep into learning everything you can, but also carve out your niche — become unparalleled in something you’re truly passionate about. This balance of breadth and depth in your skills will not only make you a more effective leader but also deeply enrich your entrepreneurial journey. Let your journey be defined by both your capacity to inspire those around you and your unwavering commitment to excellence in your chosen field.
