Believe in Yourself and Learn
ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF & KEEP LEARNING
DEVARSHI PARTH DUDHWALA, Founder, NINE FINANCE SOLUTIONS
Be Confident and Healthy
To all the young women entrepreneurs out there, I have three advices
1. Be confident - Confidence is the key to success. Have confidence in your product, in your vision, in your dreams, because if you are under confident, you wont be able to sell your products to your customers.
2. Checkout your health - Entrepreneurship is a stressful journey. One of the things young entrepreneurs neglect is health. Be healthy, train your body physically and mentally, remember its a marathon, you have to run a long way.
3. Keep learning everyday and never be afraid to make mistakes, nobody got it right the first time!

Embrace Mistakes and Build Support
Believe in yourself, embrace your mistakes as part of your journey, build a support system, set goals, continuously learn, be resilient, find your unique voice, and celebrate your wins to stay motivated. Trust your abilities, persevere through challenges, and surround yourself with support and guidance to thrive in your entrepreneurial endeavours.

Embrace Your Journey
For women who want to get into entrepreneurship, Monica’s advice is to embrace their journey and not compare themselves to others. Learning never stops, and it’s important to stay humble and stay grounded in your passion while praising God.

Overcome Self-Doubt
I love this question, because it’s a passion of mine to help other women (young or old) succeed and find independence as business owners. There is nothing like it. I would tell them: absolutely everyone struggles with self-doubt, and don’t let that stop you. Every single business owner, CEO, or leader at a company feels like they don’t know what they’re doing MOST of the time. They are making it up as they go along. So find what comes naturally to you, and find a way to be of service to others, charge what you’re worth, and the rest will follow.

Believe in Yourself
Believe in Yourself: Have confidence in your abilities and believe that you can achieve your goals. Self-belief is a powerful driver for success. Embrace Failure as a Learning Opportunity: Failure is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey. Instead of being discouraged, view it as a chance to learn and grow. Each setback brings valuable lessons that can contribute to future success. Build a Strong Support System: Surround yourself with mentors, advisors, and a network of like-minded individuals. Having a support system can provide guidance, motivation, and a sounding board for your ideas.

Build Confidence and Network
Firstly, fostering confidence in both oneself and one's ideas is essential; belief in your capabilities propels you forward. Building a robust support system, comprising mentors and a supportive network, provides guidance and encouragement. Prioritize continuous learning to adapt to the evolving business landscape, and cultivate resilience to navigate inevitable challenges and learn from setbacks. Strategic networking, self-care, and self-advocacy are crucial elements for success. Finally, embracing diversity in perspectives fosters creativity and innovation, contributing to a well-rounded entrepreneurial approach.

Know Yourself and Grow
Spend time getting to know yourself. Read books that help you grow. Don't worry about being outside your comfort zone at work or otherwise- you are always where you are supposed to be. Remember that any challenge is meant to push you to be your best. Know that success will only feel complete if you approach it holistically.
