Kelly Kingston, Founder, Happy and Well (AU) Pty Ltd

Consistent Effort and Belief

consistent effort, never give up attitude, believe in your dream and work towards it.  Challenges may come but be a fighter and you will succeed.

Rupal Ralph, Founder, Rekke Personal Care Pvt. Ltd

Act with Courage and Adapt

Believe in yourself and have courage to act with intention. Learn to pivot and make quick decisions without having all the proof it will work. Trust your instincts. Be kind to yourself and others - it's a long journey...unique for you. Don't spend too much time looking backwards or sideways. Fail fast and keep moving forward!

Laura Kyttanen, Founder, Zielo Studio

Persist and Lead by Example

My advice? Keep moving forward. Elevate your expectations,  push through self-doubt and find a way to persevere during the tough times. Women are resilient. Own that truth. Lead by example. That's what has kept me going and will continue to keep me going. Be the change you want to see.

Tasha Raynard, Founder, Qode Space

Embrace Risks and Growth

To the young women poised on the brink of entering the business world with dreams of owning a company: take heart and take the leap. Embarking on this venture is itself a testament to your courage and self-belief. Remember, it is the risks you take – calculated and considered – that pave the path to true achievement. Do not fear failure, for it is but a detour on the road to success, a teacher offering hard-earned lessons. Harness these experiences, grow from them, and allow them to fortify your resolve. Keep nurturing your knowledge, stay curious, and relentlessly pursue growth in every setback and victory. And through it all, never undermine your worth; stand firm in your value and lend no ear to voices that tell you otherwise. Your vision, determination, and belief are the cornerstones of the legacy you will build.

Annie Herald Davis, Founder, Davis Designs

Embrace Obstacles as Redirections

Our advice would be to not give up. Entrepreneurship is a tough path and if you love a challenge or you love what you're building it will be worth it but know that it's a long road of "nos" and brick walls before you find breakthroughs. Learn to embrace those difficult times, learn those lessons, and try to reframe and work on your mindset. Know that every obstacle is just a redirection.

Heather Young & Chauncey Woods, Founder, Slay AF Creative Studio

Overcome Challenges with Resilience

When I embarked on my journey, fear and uncertainty loomed large. Despite having a passion for empowering women and making a meaningful impact, I grappled with financial responsibilities, including bills and caring for my two children. The decision to become an entrepreneur was daunting, especially as a single mom facing numerous challenges. Beyond the various labels thrust upon me, the ongoing struggle to balance the roles of an entrepreneur and a mother added to the complexity. Moreover, lacking prior knowledge or experience in running a business intensified the hurdles. Throughout this journey, I made numerous mistakes. However, a clear vision and a steadfast commitment to the purpose behind starting this venture – empowering women – provided me with the resilience to persevere. Each mistake became a learning opportunity, propelling me forward and contributing to the success I now enjoy. I want to share this message with every woman out there: Are you grappling with the challenges of achieving your goals and finding it difficult to strike a balance between your professional and personal life? I've been there too. If I can overcome it, so can you.

Shivani Bose, Founder, Proud HR Services

Use Rejection as Motivation

As an entrepreneur (especially as a first-time founder) you're going to be doubted and told no more times than you'll be praised and told yes. It will feel like everyone is trying to convince you that you're destined to fail. But they don't know you. You know you. If you genuinely believe in what you're building, and believe in yourself, then use every single "no" to fuel your fire and keep going. You can do it!

Julie Griggs, Founder, Fourplay Social

Dreams Require Effort and Consistency

Los sueños si se cumplen pero no son faciles de lograr, requieren mucho esfuerzo y constancia para lograr los objetivos.

LAURA CASTRILLON, Founder, TECSOPACK CL SAS
