Empower and Appreciate Contributions
Women leaders need to reflect their ideologies at home first and should appreciate the women who are around us and at our home and let them know the value they hold and how pertinent their contribution is in shaping our lives. Only then, the true essence of empowerment is achieved. An empowered woman should always strive to empower women.

Support and Empower Fellow Women
I personally believe women entrepreneurs are more dedicated and skilled. the first step is the most difficult part but be it small or big. the beginning matters. We as women should support each other which will give more confidence for the new comers. I have personally helped women become entrepreneurs. All they need is a small stepping stone to climb up high. The dance teacher in my preschool was in IT and was skeptical about getting back to her passion. She now takes class for 30+ students in our premises and her career has changed completely. Every women's day we host a shopping fest at our school for women who run small business to have an avenue to have stalls and grow their business. soi envision every women with talents and skills to come out of their shell and start their business be it small or big.

Empowerment and Persistence
I'm all about empowering women who dream big – whether it's starting their own business, leading a team, or shaking up industries with fresh ideas. Because here's the thing: us ladies? We've got what it takes to thrive in the corporate jungle. We're born with creativity, adaptability, and killer communication skills.Diving into the corporate world while barely out of my teens, it was tough for me too. I searched high and low for a female mentor to guide me, but sometimes, you gotta blaze your own trail. And trust me, there were doubters along the way. But I didn't let them dim my sparkle. I pushed through, determined to carve out my own success story. So, to all you amazing women out there with big dreams – whether you're climbing the career ladder, plotting your next move, or dreaming up your own empire – listen up. There's a spot for you at the table. Embrace your quirks, grab every opportunity by the horns, and own your journey. Sure, there'll be bumps along the road, but each one just makes you stronger. You're unstoppable. You're destined for greatness. So go on, show the world what you're made of!

Embrace Bold Ideas
As someone who has faced challenges and overcome obstacles in the entrepreneurial journey, I would advise young women to be bold and not be afraid of big ideas. It's important to remember that great entrepreneurs create great companies, and great companies get funded. Let the 'no's' be a source of inspiration, not defeat. Additionally, creating a safe space where women feel welcome and accepted, and providing opportunities for them to make an income, can be incredibly empowering. I believe in passing on values and inspiration to the next generation, and I hope to encounter a group of entrepreneurs around a campfire one star-lit night to do just that.

Confidence and Community Support
As a young woman venturing into entrepreneurship, it's essential to anchor yourself in self-belief while navigating the complexities of business. Confidence paves the way to turning visions into reality, complemented by the strength of a supportive network that can offer invaluable insights and encouragement. Embracing failures as lessons rather than setbacks enriches your journey, teaching resilience and adaptability. Continuous learning and staying informed empower decision-making and innovation. Seeking mentorship can illuminate your path, providing seasoned perspectives and encouragement. Remember, maintaining a balance between work and personal life sustains your long-term well-being and motivation. In the face of challenges, keeping your eyes on your own definition of success—be it impact, independence, or fulfillment—will guide your steps. Advocating for yourself is crucial; your voice and needs deserve recognition and respect. Lastly, as you climb, extend a hand back to support upcoming women entrepreneurs, fostering a community of strength and empowerment. In entrepreneurship, your unique journey, shaped by persistence, learning, and genuine connections, leads to meaningful achievements and personal growth.

Entrepreneurship Mentorship and Training
Many people have ideas and thoughts, but entrepreneurs are the ones who actually take action and do something about it. Also, every day of building will eventually take you somewhere, so be patient but put the effort in on a daily basis. When you find the right idea that you feel so passionate about, you won't be able to stop thinking or talking about it. That's when you know you are onto something. And it's only natural to question ourselves, and there are a lot of naysayers, but surround yourself with people who encourage your bravery and crazy thoughts. It can be overwhelming and is a lonely journey at times, but our perspective about it changes the game. Only listen to your heart and believe in keep actioning on your thoughts. You will be surprised how far you can go when you focus on taking the steps vs. getting to the top of the mountain.
