Adapt Solutions to Needs

For every problem there is a solution. There is never a wrong or a right answer. We make decision best on the surrounding situation so if 1 solution works for a Company it is not necessary that the exact solution will work for you. You need to understand the gist of the action taken and tune it to your Companies need.

Amruta Siddharth Desai, Founder, Kishor Pumps Pvt. Ltd.

Embrace Creativity and Action

Don't worry about having everything figured out right away, be creative and hit the ground running.

Jessica Off, Founder, Guess Where Trips

Leverage Passion for Innovation

First off, I would say having an authentic passion for VIE HEALING’s mission and truly believing in the services and products I am putting out into the world has been a key contributor to my success. I am a firm believer in the wide range of benefits of Chinese Medicine and my goal with VIE HEALING is to bring the wisdom from Chinese Medicine to the masses through various innovative products and services to help people wherever they are on their healing journeys. As a founder of a multi-faceted brand, I stumble across several issues daily, but because I am passionate about my work and the greater purpose of the brand, this allows me to creatively problem solve and persevere even when I hit roadblocks.

Mona Dan, Founder, VIE HEALING

Explore and Take Risks

Yes. Ideas and plans are never ending. You will never reach your full potential until you’ve tried everything and that includes taking a risk. That’s when you will see the full bloom and scope of what you can do. Take your time and begin to analyse what really makes you happy, then take the leap of faith that will  you every step of the way.

Innovate Through Adversity

The impulse to create comes from bad experiences. Dare to try and keep exploring.

Helen Pino Vera, Founder, Legal 70

Use First Principles for Solutions

To young women aspiring to be or already navigating the path of entrepreneurship, my advice is to embrace resilience and adaptability as core virtues. The entrepreneurial journey is replete with challenges and uncertainties, and it's your resilience that will enable you to withstand setbacks and learn from them. Cultivate a network of mentors and peers for support and guidance, and never underestimate the power of continuous learning. Your unique perspective as a woman is invaluable; leverage it to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and create impactful solutions. Stay committed to your vision, but be flexible in your approach, and remember, success is a blend of passion, perseverance, and the ability to adapt to change.

Preeti Sharma, Founder, Pragati Software Pvt Ltd

Celebrate Wins and Innovate Boldly

For me it's mindset, that's going to be your greatest driver and your greatest weakness - so work on it. You have to believe in yourself otherwise NO ONE else will. Meet as many people as you can, say yes to everything! Embrace failure as a learning opportunity - Failure is not the opposite of success; it's a part of the success journey. Each setback is a lesson in disguise and a chance to grow stronger and smarter. Don't fear failure—embrace it, learn from it, and use it to propel you forward.

Beth O'Malley, Founder, Astral Digital

Research Everything Thoroughly

Research EVERYTHING! I have spent so many nights reading for hours about things that pertain only slightly to my business and therapies but it allows me to ensure we are one of the best providers and one of the best employers

Julie Angstadt, Founder, Hummingbird ABA Therapy
