Balance Family and Work

I am not so big to give advice but yes i would like to share my experience with all. Being women we wanted to focus on our family and work equally. Sometimes that balance is getting unbalance in any of the area but do not get panic just do time management and goals alignment properly. Which will give you satisfaction and growth in both areas. Focus small goals complete it and set next and complete and so on. Never get upset, failure are lessons which will give you lots of learning. You will be different when you will get failures and learn from failures and change strategy.

Focus and Contribution

Focus on what you want to achieve. You have the opportunity to write your own story and bring your value to society. Keep going because we need you, we will achieve much more with the full participation of women in every area.

Define Goals and Plan

The first thing is to have defined goals and objectives in the short, medium and long term and have a plan according to the reality of each one, taking into account the different roles we fulfill as mothers, daughters, friends and entrepreneurs. What helped me personally is knowing myself in depth, working on my aspects to improve, creating strategies that take me where I want to go, one of them is constant training on topics that help me in my personal and professional development. Likewise, getting to know myself made me strengthen my own personal skills and competencies and enhance them with the new knowledge tools acquired.

Likewise, participating in projects or programs where I had the opportunity to meet other women who, like me, were entrepreneurs, in total in a program I traveled throughout the country learning stories of other entrepreneurial women in urban and rural areas, more than 700 women where I was able to share experiences. and contributing my talents to help and assist them in their process of professionalizing their ventures was an enriching experience, since in countries like Paraguay where the majority of women are self-employed and undertake businesses to be able to support their families and children without losing their role as mothers, showed me that planning, self-knowledge and having clear goals and strategies are essential to survive market changes in developing countries such as Paraguay.
