"No Limits and High Quality"

Listen to your voice, trust yourself and surround yourself with people who believe in your business and who dream as big as you.

Ann Lee, Ed.M., Founder, Ann & Dave Consulting

Embrace Boldness

You can do anything you want!  There are no limits.  Never compare yourself to others; never doubt yourself.  Work hard and offer the highest quality services or products and you'll never lose.

Linda Sulzer & Niniane Paeffgen, Founder, Office for Audacity

Embrace Your Unique Strengths

Be wild, be brave, be different.

Kim Rohrer, Founder, PeakHR

Embrace and Define Your Success

Forget the old advice about trying to fit in with the men. Lean into your own strengths, and be proud of what you bring to the table, instead of trying to reshape and retrain yourself in the image of what a Corporate Executive is supposed to look like and do. Look for models of business leaders (of all genders) who share your skills, strengths, and perspectives to see that business can be done differently. You are uniquely you - don't dim your light because others don't want to see what you're capable of. Shine so brightly as yourself that they can't ignore the value you bring.

Laura Fortey, Founder, REITIUM Technologies ltd

Trust Instincts and Seek Support

For young women who are embarking on or already navigating the entrepreneurial journey, embracing confidence in your own abilities is essential. Understand that failure is not a setback but a valuable part of the learning process, offering lessons that foster resilience and strength. Cultivating a supportive network, including mentors who have tread similar paths, can provide not just guidance but also open doors to new opportunities. Constant learning is critical in the ever-evolving landscape of business, so stay curious and open to new ideas that can propel your venture forward. Embrace calculated risks, manage your time effectively to avoid burnout, and advocate for yourself and your vision with confidence. Building a business that reflects your values and ethics not only guides your decision-making but also attracts like-minded individuals to your cause. Moreover, embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity within your organization can drive innovation and reflect the diverse world we live in. As you find your footing and start to achieve success, remember to give back to the community that supports you, whether through mentorship, participating in speaking engagements, or supporting causes close to your heart. Ultimately, there’s no singular path to success in entrepreneurship. It's about defining success on your own terms, staying true to your values, and daring to carve out your own unique path in the business world.

Karen Saldanha, Founder, Dabble Playart

Confidence in Your Abilities

Trusting your instincts to innovate and give birth to new ideas is inherent to being an entrepreneur, much like how giving birth is a natural part of being a woman. Believe in your ability to create and nurture what you're passionate about. Just as giving birth requires trust in yourself and the support system around you, so does the journey of bringing your business ideas to life. Remember, building a successful business isn't a solitary journey; it takes a village. Reach out and seek support from mentors, peers, and professionals who can guide you. Surround yourself with a community that believes in your vision, and together, you can overcome challenges and achieve success. Trust in your instincts, lean on your support system, and embrace the journey of entrepreneurship with confidence and resilience.

Anna Kovalova, Founder, Anbosoft

Take the Leap

Go for it!

Jessica Rose McEndoo, Founder, Social Path

Pursue Your Dreams

Follow they dreams and be strong!

Anna Natsvlishvili, Founder, Morphoses

Positive Self-Talk

What you yourself tell yourself is everything in life. What you tell yourself is what you'll believe and it becomes the limit of what you can achieve. It sounds like a cliche, but you can achieve so much if you just believe in yourself and take an active role in believing in yourself every day, starting from silencing that negative voice inside you that tells you that you couldn't do something, to actively telling yourself you can do whatever you set your mind to.

Laura Aaltonen, Founder, Cryptic Cargo

Trust Yourself and Ask for Help

Do it, nobody knows what they are doing anyway so if you care, trust yourself, work hard, make it happen one step at the time. Believe in yourself and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Erika Tamayo, Founder, Live Hermosa Ltd
